Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant (Volunteer) to join our team.

The Administrative Assistant will support our daily office operations and contribute to the smooth functioning of our administrative processes.

Qualifications

  • Proven administrative or assistant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • At least a diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Maintain contact lists and handle email correspondence.
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
  • Manage office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees and volunteers.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and training sessions.
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
