Seeking an experienced Lending Sales Lead to penetrate new market/business environments, deepen our presence in existing and expand our share in new and existing markets, attract new clients, win new markets/accounts, and maximize profitability within the company's new and existing sales territories. Candidates will lead new market/business area discoveries, including developing new leads, educating prospects, and turning prospects into long-term customers.

Responsibilities

  • Expand the company’s business outreach
  • Discover and build lasting business relationships
  • Close new deals at a high rate
  • Build relationships with existing customers
  • Cultivate new leads within the company’s sales territories
  • Travel throughout the territories and visit customers on a recurring basis
  • Acquire key resources which include but are not limited to people, locations, nano/micro business front offices to help ensure nearness and ready presence in business territories
  • Achieve the company’s weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual Lending and Collection’s targets
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts
  • Represent the company’s brand during all customer and prospect interactions
  • Educate customers and staff on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, market conditions and changes in economic environment.
  • Gather business and product insight, recommend and develop new market driven products through interactions with customers and markets.
