The role is responsible for making contribution to the development and implementation of an integrated reward strategy which supports the operating of the company's business priorities & objectives, by aligning to the best practices.
He/She will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive benefits and rewards programs aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating employees within the organization.
The Benefits & Rewards Manager will work closely with various departments to ensure that the benefits and rewards strategies align with the company's goals, culture, and budget.
