Fliplearnkids, a leading EdTech company dedicated to transforming how children learn, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

In this pivotal role, you will drive our business growth and expansion. You will develop and execute strategic business plans, manage client relationships, and oversee sales activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or a related field, preferably within the EdTech industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for education and a strong belief in the power of technology to transform learning.
  • Bonus Points:
  • Experience working within the K-12 education market.
  • Understanding of the EdTech landscape in Africa (a plus, but not mandatory).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the EdTech industry.
