We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled individual to map out the floor plan and dimensions of the venue of our upcoming event.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed drawings that will serve as a visual guide for our advertisers, organizers, and attendees.

Qualifications

  • Experience in architectural drafting, interior design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools and drafting software.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Flexibility and adapter

Responsibilities

  • Visit the venue of the event to accurately measure and document the dimensions of all rooms and event spaces.
  • Create comprehensive floor plan drawings that include room layouts, dimensions, and key features.
  • Indicate major points of interest on the property, including parking areas and supplementary parking locations.
  • Ensure that the final output meets the requirements of our event organizers and advertisers.
  • Collaborate with the event planning team to provide the drawings in format that can allow incorporating the floor plan into our event site for easy navigation and planning.
  • Execute the project in a very timely manner, providing regular updates on progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Deliver task in a week.
