Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Intern to join our team and assist in various HR functions. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in the field of human resources. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about learning, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Marketing skill is an added advantage
  • Lives in Abuja and it’s environs
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support HR staff in maintaining employee records and databases.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
