Description
UNICEF Nigeria seeks to recruit an ICT assistant to support the team on a short-term basis. The Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Assistant is accountable for the delivery of effective and efficient Help Desk first line support services to all UNICEF Abuja Staff. Responsible for diagnosing, resolving or escalating to Second Level Support and Global Shared Service Center (GSSC) Help Desk calls related to IT applications or processes in a timely manner. The incumbent provides call documentation and reports using Service Gateway, supports migration related to new technologies; and provides support and guidance to users.
KEY END-RESULTS:
Timely and effective first-level user support that includes receiving, processing and logging service requests.
Effective support is provided for implementation of IT initiatives.
Documentation on Help Desk support processes and procedures in Service Gateway.
Provide support in conferencing with ICT and audiovisual equipment as and when requested
