We are seeking a talented Interior Architectural Supervisor to join our team. Who will oversee and manage interior design projects within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior architecture, excellent leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Interior Architecture or related field.
  • Certification or licensure in interior design or architecture is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in interior design or architecture.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis software and design tools.
  • Proven experience in managing interior design projects.
  • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Thorough understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and industry best practices.
  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling construction challenges effectively.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure design integrity and quality standards are maintained.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members.
