Qualifications
- Education
- A University degree or Higher National Diploma in Engineering, Sciences or Management.
- Experience ·
- At least 5 years logistics management experience in an & Gas company
Responsibilities
- Assist to execute all Logistics plans for all activities within management approved premise on Budgets, Durations and Quality to meet company production targets
- Supervise mobilization and demobilization of Service Contractors personnel and equipment and arrange accommodation, meals and transportation for the personnel in a timely manner to support efficient execution of all shutdowns
- Oversee and follow-up on the maintenance of company facilities (Laydown Areas, Warehouse and Materials, Tools, Vehicles) in a safe and ready to use condition to support safe and efficient execution of all shutdowns
- Arrange and Supervise waste management and disposal for all activities in agreement with HSEQ group to keep company compliant with ISO-14001
- Execute the Health Safety and Environment (HSE) scope of all shutdowns and monitor implementation of all mandatory company - HSE procedures in compliance with HSE targets
- Prepare reports on Materials activities and support Supervisor to compile comprehensive close-out Reports for Management information and decision making
- Contribute to improvement Opportunities from lessons learnt to improve performance
