Description

The Maintenance Manager oversees all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company’s facilities.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the infrastructure of the organization; equipment, building and landscspe function optimally.

You will track the progress of repairs for the purpose of preventive maintenance schedules.

These efforts help with preventive maintenance. You will be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues, implementing equipment upgrades and collaborating with other departments to optimize production processes to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in mechanical maintenance management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Oversee inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
  • Ensure maintenance logs are up to date.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing maintenance procedures.
  • Supervising maintenance technicians.
  • Conducting regular inspections and tests on machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshooting mechanical issues and providing timely solutions.
