The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fintech or financial services, with a strong understanding of digital payment solutions, savings products, and financial inclusion.

As MD, you will be responsible for driving the company's strategic vision, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring sustainable growth. You will work closely with the executive team, board of directors, and key stakeholders to deliver exceptional value to our customers and shareholders.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. -
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of executive leadership experience in the fintech or financial services industry, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, operational expertise, and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of digital payments, savings products, financial inclusion, and the regulatory environment in the financial services sector.
  • Attributes: Vibrant, visionary, results-driven, customer-focused, excellent communicator, and able to build and lead high-performing teams
