Qualifications
- Marine engineering certification from a recognized institution.
- Engine Room Rating certification is required.
- Practical experience in vessel maintenance and repair.
- Familiarity with marine engineering systems and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of vessel engines, machinery, and systems.
- Perform routine equipment checks and inspections to identify potential issues.
- Maintain deck machinery, including winches, cranes, and mooring equipment.
- Assist in repair work, including welding, pipefitting, and electrical work.
