Description
As a Marketing Communications Business Partner within our Group Marketing Team, you play a pivotal role in driving the marketing efforts for our retail division.
You will collaborate closely with the Group Marketing Team to align brand and marketing strategies, yet your primary focus will be tailoring campaigns and initiatives to suit the unique needs and objectives of the retail division. Reporting directly to the Group Head,
Marketing and Corporate Communications, you will ensure the conceptualization, development, and execution of the retail division’s holistic and tactical marketing plans as fits under the Masterbrand and group marketing agenda. You will be accountable for providing support for the division’s market research, competitor analysis, product positioning, customer acquisition and retention, and customer experience strategies.
This role is for a strategic and creative thinker who can balance autonomy with teamwork in achieving marketing success.
