Description
The MEAL Advisor is a key member of the Total Quality Management department that is saddled with the procurement of goods and services on the 4PL projects.
The MEAL Advisor will Provide the design and implementation of the project’s monitoring and evaluation framework, and information system to track implementation progress, performance against targets, project outcomes and impacts.
Establish and utilize platforms for timely data review and use and develop a culture of data use to guide implementation targeting. Methodically examine the effectiveness and results of projects, making sure that ethical and transparent procedures are followed. This includes resolving stakeholder issues, learning from assessments, and making sure that these lessons are applied to new projects.
The MEAL Advisor reports directly to the Senior Manager, Total Quality Management but will work collaboratively with other departments, foremost among which is the Supply Chain Operations department, Liaison Advisor, Procurement and the MIS/IT departments of the project.
