Description
The Nurse Assistant provides basic care and support to patients under the supervision of licensed nurses.
Assists with daily living activities, vital signs, and other tasks to ensure patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a nurse assistant training program
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift and move patients (up to 50 pounds)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Nice to Have:
- Experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Ability to speak multiple languages
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Take vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, etc.)
- Serve meals and snacks, and assist with feeding as needed
- Maintain patient rooms and common areas in a clean and orderly condition
- Assist with transfers, ambulation, and positioning
- Communicate patient needs and concerns to licensed nurses
- Document patient information and vital signs accurately
- Participate in patient care conferences and team meetings
