We are looking for a skilled Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations at The Milk Booster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining high quality standards, and managing a team dedicated to producing our lactation products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Production Management.
  • Proven experience in production management, preferably in the food or health product sector.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • If you are an experienced production leader with a passion for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the production team to achieve performance goals.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring proper stock handling and material supply.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards throughout the production cycle.
  • Prepare regular reports on production performance, quality issues, and inventory status.
