Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Civil Engineer with 1–5 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in road construction, bridges, and piling and practical knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

This role will be based across project sites in Lagos State and Ogun State.

Qualifications

  • BSc/HND in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a QA/QC or civil engineering role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to travel between project sites in Lagos and Ogun State.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control inspections for road construction, bridges and piling projects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Review engineering designs, drawings, and technical specifications in geotechnical and concrete.
  • Monitor on-site construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and address any potential quality issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of inspections, test results, and reports.
  • Utilize AutoCAD for design reviews and modifications, as needed.
  • Prepare and analyze data using Microsoft Excel to track project progress and quality metrics.
