Role Overview

As a Quality Control Lead at Price Pally, you will oversee the implementation of robust quality assurance processes to maintain the excellence of our grocery offerings. Working closely with our operations, procurement, and customer support teams, you will ensure that all products consistently meet our high standards. This role also includes engaging as a customer service representative, providing firsthand insights into quality control issues reported by our customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management, Biochemistry, Food Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in quality assurance, ideally within food, retail, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with suppliers.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications in quality assurance (e.g., HACCP, ISO 9001, Six Sigma).
  • Experience with quality management systems (QMS).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute quality assurance protocols and procedures.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to uphold product integrity.
  • Evaluate supplier performance to maintain stringent quality standards.
  • Analyze quality metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to promptly resolve quality issues.
  • Train and support staff on quality assurance practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of quality control activities.
