To ensure that the sales team have the necessary skills, knowledge and expertise to compete and win business in the marketplace, especially with accountability for development and implementation of best practice in sales excellence. To accelerate sales enablement and performance with an established range of solutions. To support sales enablement function by providing training, consultation, and coaching services. To work closely with frontline sales managers and leads in designing and executing effective management disciplines to drive Interswitch sales. To implement timely service delivery and engage with relevant stakeholders and share updates on progress and achieved milestones.
