Description

We are seeking vigilant and responsible Security Personnel to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 0 to 1 year of experience in security or a related field.

As Security Personnel, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, respond to incidents, and enforce company policies.

Qualifications

  • SSCE, OND or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in security or a related field.
  • Basic knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
  • Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in diverse situations.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform security-related tasks such as patrolling and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure security and safety.
  • Verify the identity of individuals entering and exiting the premises.
  • Ensure only authorized personnel and visitors have access to restricted areas.
  • Respond promptly to security alarms and incidents, including emergencies such as fire, medical emergencies, or breaches of security.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Prevent unauthorized access, theft, vandalism, and other security breaches.
  • Address any inquiries or concerns regarding security issues.
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and access points to ensure they are secure.
  • Identify potential security risks and recommend improvements.
