We are Looking for a very Creative and Experienced Social Media Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Wellness and Beauty Retail space, as well a passion for leveraging social media to drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty.

This role involves creating and executing social media strategies, managing online presence, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company’s goals and target audience.
  • Identify key social media trends and insights to inform content creation and marketing strategies.
  • Create and manage engaging content across various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Whatsapp, LinkedIn, X and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the other team members to create high-quality visuals, videos, and written content.
  • Buile a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and encouraging user-generated content.
  • Monitor and manage the company's online reputation, addressing any issues or negative feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hoot suite, or Sprout Social.
  • Provide regular reports on social media campaigns’ performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with other internal stakeholders to ensure a cohesive brand message and integrated marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with influencers and partners to expand the company’s reach and impact.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
  • Experiment with new content formats and platforms to drive innovation and audience growth.
  • Coordinate market research and competitive analysis.
