Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth, operational efficiency and competitive advantage.
  • Analyze market trends, industry developments, and internal performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion, innovation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and refine strategic business objectives.
  • Operational Management
  • Lead the optimization of business processes and operational workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Oversee the optimization of operational policies, procedures and best practices.
  • Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Project Management
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain project management standards, methodologies and tools.
  • Provide guidance and support to project teams.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with departments to ensure strategic alignment and operational effectiveness.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to achieve common goals and resolve issues promptly.

Benefits

  • Salary Range: ₦200,000 - ₦300,000/month
