Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical positions.
- Strong understanding of the oil and gas industry, including technical roles and skill sets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with direct sourcing and talent pipelining.
- Knowledge of industry-specific job boards and networking platforms.
- Bilingual (English and another language) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for various technical roles within the oil and gas industry, including engineering, operations, and field services.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry associations.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage the complete recruitment process, including offer negotiation, onboarding, and new hire orientation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide exceptional candidate delivery.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
